beautiful restaurant and delicious food! but plates were a bit dirty and the service wasn't good. me and my family were the only ones in the restaurant and there were multiple employees seen at the register and walking around. but none of them came to check on us at all throughout our experience. we were confused on where to pay.

I had the pleasure of meeting an old friend at Lanna Thai Restaurant in Livermore. My first visit. One of my friend and her husband's go to restaurants on their way home to Patterson. We sat at the bar, and shared 2 appetizers while waiting for our take out order to arrive. This was the best meal I have eaten all year. If I did not live and work in San Jose, I would dine here at least once a week. Every dish we ordered was fresh & innovative, spice perfection in every bite. Thank you Lanna Thai, truly enjoyed the experience.

Seriously impressed with the service here, it was top-notch all the way around! The staff were so friendly and attentive, making the whole experience a breeze. And the food? Absolutely delicious with so many fantastic options to choose from. I'm already planning my next visit just to try more of their menu. Definitely recommend this place for a great meal and a fantastic time!

Here for lunch, sharing a Pad Kee Mao and Mango Salad. Lunch special comes with a small coconut-based soup. I dislike that most of the menu price does not include common protein, instead asking for add-on pricing even for chicken. Mango is salad is very ripe, not the traditional green mango in SE Asian cooking. We ordered mild but staff hooked up the Prik Nam Plaa jars, which were very authentic.

The food is great, and I liked most of the dishes we tried except the pineapple fried rice. It has too much soya sauce. Otherwise, the rest of the items are all good and meet our expectations. One of my favorite dishes was Tom Tum Soup here. Must try this dish. We will definitely visit next time to explore more dishes. Ratings CALAMARI - 4/5 GINGER FISH - 5/5 PINEAPPLE FRIED RICE - 3/5 POT STICKERS - 4/5

Had the Thai basil beef (mild spice). Was very flavorful and good lunch portion. Also, I had the Thai coffee, which was also very good.
